			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.memphiscentralrotaryclub.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/shenyun.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-591" title="Shen Yun" src="http://www.memphiscentralrotaryclub.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/shenyun.jpg" alt="Shen Yun" width="208" height="208" /></a>This week, our speaker will be Annie Wu.  Annie is a Senior Technical Analyst at FedEx, and is deeply involved with traditional Chinese Culture.  She will be speaking about the Renaissance and traditional Chinese culture.  Shen Yun, (a performing arts company focusing on traditional Chinese culture of the past 5000 years) has a mission of reviving the essence of 5000 years of ancient Chinese culture.   This culture had been nearly wiped out by the Chinese communist government over the years.  Thanks to organizations like Shen Yun, the beauty of this ancient culture&#8217;s traditions are experiencing a revival.  Come and have a great lunch, good conversation, and listen to Annie.  There will, hopefully, be time for Q&amp;A afterward.  We meet, as usual, at the University of Memphis Holiday Inn, at noon on Fridays.</p>
